    High intensity: intensity is defined as power. Force times distance divided by time. How heavy, how far, how long? Every fitness goal in the gym can be measured by intensity.

    Functional movement: functional movements are defined as categorically unique in their ability to express power.

    CrossFit’s specialty is not specializing.

    Physical Therapy

    If you are recovering from an injury or in need of additional maintenance, then stop by and see our onsite physical therapist. Physical therapists are movement specialists with a deep understanding of human anatomy. PTs usually won't tell athletes to give up the sports that they love. Instead, PTs will provide athletes with the tools they need to understand how their bodies can perform better in those conditions.

  • There is absolutely no doubt that we love what we do! Our coaches are here to work with you and to help you become the healthiest version of yourself. We can tailor what we offer to your needs whether that is skill development or one-on-one training.

  • CrossFit kids provides fitness and fun in one setting. Kids have the chance to explore what their body can do through basic gymnastic skills, body weight movements, and games! Our class will offer a warm-up, time to practice a new skill, a workout, and finish up with a fun GAME!

  • Everyone must start their CrossFit journey in our beginner CrossFit class for their first workout we offer this class 6 days a week and it’s the best way for you to be introduced to the style of training and structure of the class. At your first workout, you will sign a waiver, create a profile and sign up for your 10-day pass (Memberships start 10 days from your first workout).

  • During the 10-day trial, you will have full access to our 4 foundational programs: level 100 beginner CrossFit, all-levels CrossFit, Level 2 Competitive CrossFit, and yoga designed to create happy healthy humans through movement and wellness.

  • All-level CrossFit class is offered every day seven different classes per day throughout the week and multiple classes on the weekend.

  • Level 2 Competitive CrossFit is designed for any athlete wanting to take their fitness to the next level. No prerequisite skills are needed just the desire to get better.

  • Yoga is specifically designed to help you move, breathe, and feel better while you train and “get better every day!”

  • At the end of your 10 days, you will be enrolled in our Unlimited membership. We set up everyone’s account through email and communicate regularly through email, wodify app, and social media. We ask all of our members to choose a date for their membership dues to be processed on the 1st or 15th (memberships that start before those dates will be pro-rated).
